Accounting of supplies in the concrete company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma „Evidence a účtování zásob ve vybrané společnosti“ je zaměřena na problematiku evidence a účtování zásob v dané účetní jednotce. Teoreticko – metodologická část práce obsahuje právní předpisy účetnictví, vnitřní předpisy účetní jednotky, charakteristiku zásob, oceňování a účtování zásob. První část práce je uzavřena inventarizací. Aplikační část práce je obsáhlejší a jsou v ní zpracovány konkrétní poznatky. Účtování a evidenci zásob jsem aplikovala na firmu PRO-DOMA, SE, kde jsem se zaměřila na popis účetních dokladů, účty spojené s účtováním, objednávání zboží, výběr vhodného dodavatele, práci s nízkoobrátkovým zbožím (ležáky) a v závěru provádění inventarizace.

Abstract:

The theme of this bachelor thesis is „The evidence and accounting of the reserves in a chosen company“ and it´s aimed to the problems of evidence and accounting stocks in a given accounting unit. The theoretical and methodological part of this work contains the legal rules of accountancy, internal rules of accounting unit, the charactetistics of reserves and their valuation and accounting. The first part is closed by stocktaking.The application part is more voluminous and there are covered the particular findings. The accounting and the evidence of the reserves was applied to the compady PRO-DOMA, SE. I aimed at the description of accounting papers, accounts connected with accounting, ordering of goods, choice of suitable supplier, to work with low turnover goods ( idle stocks) and at the end at the stocktaking.
