Follow-up treatment for the victims of domestic violence focused on wife and child

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se zabývám domácím násilím a poskytováním následné péče obětem domácího násilí se zaměřením na ženy v Karviné. Pokouším se zjistit, zda nabízená péče odpovídá skutečným potřebám žen postižených domácím násilím. Teoretická východiska jsem čerpala z odborné literatury, z literatury a internetových zdrojů nestátních organizací cíleně zaměřených na pomoc ženám, které se staly oběťmi domácího násilí a z norem upravujících právo trestní, sociální a rodinné. Významným zdrojem informací byly výzkumy prováděné v souvislosti s důsledky a rozšířením domácího násilí v České republice a odborné konference zabývající se týmž tématem. V předmětu mého teoretického zájmu je vymezení definice domácího násilí a následné péče o oběti domácího násilí, rozbor Národního akčního plánu pro prevenci domácího násilí a generalizace důsledků domácího násilí. Praktická část je věnována uskutečněnému kvalitativnímu průzkumu. Využitím případové studie jsem získala informace o službách, pomoci a péči poskytovanou obětem domácího násilí v Karviné, metodou strukturovaného rozhovoru s účelově vybraným vzorkem respondentek jsem zajistila informace o potřebách žen postižených domácím násilím a jejich povědomí o službách, které mohou v Karviné využít, a metodou vztahové analýzy jsem zjišťovala závislostní vztah mezi uvedenými skutečnostmi. V závěru shrnuji výsledky průzkumu a vyvozuji z nich doporučení pro zkvalitnění služeb a péče poskytovaných v Karviné ženám z prostředí domácího násilí.

Abstract:

In the bachelor´s thesis I dealt with domestic violence and the provision of follow-up care for victims of domestic violence with a focus on women in Karviná. I am trying to find out, whether offered by the care corresponds to the real needs of women affected by domestic violence. The theoretical background I drew from the literature and from the literature and internet resources to non-state organisations specifically aimed at helping women who are victims of domestic violence and of the standards governing criminal law, social and family. An important source of information were surveys conducted in connection with the consequences and the expansion of domestic violence in the Czech republic and the professional conference dealing with the same topic. in the subject of my interest is the definition domestic violence and follow-up care to the victims of domestic violence, analysis of the National action plan for the prevention of domestic violence and generalization of the effects of domestic violence. The practical part is devoted to the uskutečněnému qualitative survey. To achieve the set targets, I took advantage of the case study. File information about the services, assistance and care provided to victims of domestic violence in Karviná I won from the organisations that use these services in Karviná, the offer, the method of a structured interview with the assigned to the selected sample respondentek I ensure that the information on the needs of women affected by domestic violence and their awareness of services that can in Karviná use, and method for relationship analysis I measured the dependency relation between those facts.
