Methodical materials for teaching unicellular organisms in 6. grades of primary schools using 3D printing

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem jednobuněčných organismů a jeho výukou v 6. ročnících základních škol. Ve výuce jsou využity modely jednobuněčných organismů vytisknuté na 3D tiskárně. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednobuněčné organismy, konkrétně bakterie a prvoci. Jsou zde kapitoly, které se věnují stavbě jejich těla, využití nebo významu jednobuněčných organismů. V neposlední řadě je zde i kapitola věnovaná zařazení tématu jednobuněčných živočichů v RVP. Praktická část práce se zabývá vytvořením metodiky klasické frontální výuky bakterií a prvoků a výuky s využitím 3D modelů bakterií a trepky velké. Obsahuje také strukturované přípravy na 4 vyučovací hodiny, výsledky testování žáků formou vstupního a výstupního testu a jejich následné vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the topic of unicellular organisms and its teaching in 6th grade primary schools. The teaching uses models of unicellular organisms printed on a 3D printer. In the theoretical part, unicellular organisms, namely bacteria and protozoa, are described. There are chapters that deal with their body structure, uses or importance of unicellular organisms. Last but not least, there is a chapter on the inclusion of the topic of unicellular animals in the RVP. The practical part of the thesis deals with the development of a methodology for classical frontal teaching of bacteria and protozoa and teaching using 3D models of bacteria and the great crested newt. It also includes structured preparations for 4 lessons, results of testing of pupils in the form of an entrance and exit test and their subsequent evaluation.
