Tato bakalářská práce na téma „Insolvenční řízení“ má za cíl seznámit čtenáře se základní problematikou insolvenčního řízení v souvislosti s insolvenčním zákonem. V teoretické části stručně popisuji historii insolvenčního řízení, účastníky řízení a průběh řízení od podání insolvenčního návrhu po způsoby řešení úpadku.
