Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozbor právní úpravy úvěru v českém právním řádu. Začátek práce je zaměřen na interpretaci základních pojmů souvisejících se smlouvou o úvěru, dále se zabývá druhy úvěrů a úvěrovým procesem doplněné o centrální registr.
