Abstract:
This thesis deals with LC-MS determination of selected antiepileptics in dried blood spot (DBS) and saliva. Specifically, it was carbamazepine, lamotrigine, levetiracetam, lacosamide and eslicarbazepine acetate. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá LC-MS stanovením vybraných antiepileptík v suchej krvnej škvrne (DBS) a v slinách. Konkrétne sa jednalo o karbamazepín, lamotrigín, levetiracetam, lakosamid a eslikarbazepín acetát.
