Bakalářská práce se zabývá uplatněním dospělé ženy s mentálním postižením na trhu práce. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaký význam má zaměstnání pro dospělou ženu s mentálním postižením. Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis deals with job opportunity of a mentally impaired adult woman. The main goal was to find out a meaning of having a job for adult mentally impaired woman. Also how she feels in the job and what the job brings for the woman. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical.
