Use of passenger data to improve air transport safety
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného právního prostředí v oblasti ochrany civilního letectví, před protiprávními činy s ohledem na jeho efektivitu. Hlavním cílem je identifikovat nedostatky v existující legislativě a navrhnout opatření pro zefektivnění ochrany civilního letectví.
Abstract:
The bachelor‘s thesis is focused on the analysis of the current legal environment in the field of civil aviation protection against illegal acts with regard to its illegal production. The main goal is to identify deficiencies in the existing legislation and propose measures for the wording of civil aviation protection.
