Musical semiotics in media practice and its social significance
Abstract:
Diplomová magisterská práce se věnuje problematice hudební sémiotiky v mediální praxi a zkoumá její společenský význam. Pomocí empirického výzkumu metodou zvukového dotazníku zjišťuje hlavní cíl práce, zda má hudba v médiích vliv na nabuzení pozornosti, emoční stránku, chování lidí, zejména co se týká jejich tržních návyků.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the musical semiotics issues in media practice and analyses its social role. Through an empirical research of the audio questionnaire method it discovers the main topic of the thesis, whether music in the media has the influence to elicit attention, emotional aspect, people’s behaviour and mainly their market habits.
