Problems in Recruiting New Members to the Fire Service
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zjišťováním příčin nízkého zájmů uchazečů o práci hasiče v jednotce požární ochrany na stanici, která se nachází poblíž hranic se Spolkovou republikou Německo. Srovnává také možnosti, které nabízejí ostatní bezpečnostní složky a hledá faktory, které působí negativně na stávající příslušníky Hasičského záchranného sboru.
Abstract:
This thesis investigates the reasons for the low interest of applicants for the job of firefighter in a fire protection unit in a station located near the border with the Germany. It also compares the opportunities offered by other security forces and looks for factors that have a negative effect on existing members of the Fire Brigade.
