Abstract:
Diplomová práce poskytuje informace o realizované fúzi na českém realitním trhu, konkrétně průběh fúze realitní společnosti M&M reality holding a.s. s národní centrálou britské realitní společnosti HBC Ltd. Práce analyzuje na základě finančních ukazatelů dopady fúze, dosažení vytyčených cílů fúze a dále hodnotí současné postavení společnosti M&M reality holding a. s. na českém realitním trhu.
Abstract:
This dissertation points out at information about an actual consolidation on the Czech properties market, particulary about a company M&M holding a.s., with that of a British association House Building Capital Ltd.
