Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma “Soulad mezi individuálním motivačním profilem a motivačním systémem organizace” se zabývá analýzou motivačního systému konkrétní organizace a mírou shody s individuálními profily jednotlivých zaměstnanců. Tato analýza dokládá důsledky možného nesouladu pro zaměstnance a prosperitu celé organizace. Záměrem práce je poskytnutí vodítek k využití plného potenciálu motivace zaměstnanců a k eliminaci negativních důsledků demotivace pro produktivitu organizace. Na základě teoretických konceptů jsou definovány motivační teorie a přístupy pro vytvoření podkladu zkoumání v empirické části. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na metodologii kvalitativního zkoumání s cílem rozkrýt významy souladu motivačního systému a individuálních motivačních profilů zaměstnanců. Poslední empirická část předkládá výsledky této analýzy, zodpovídá výzkumné otázky a prezentuje doporučení organizaci.

Abstract:

The diploma work on the topic of “The accordance of the individual motivation profile with the system of motivation of the organization” deals with an analysis of the motivation system in particular organisation and the level of harmony with individual motivation profiles of employees. The analysis presents possible consequences of compliance for the employees and the prosperity of the organisation. The aim of the work is to provide the guidelines to use the full potential of the motivation of employees and eliminate negative consequences of the demotivation for the organisation productivity. On the ground of theoretical concepts, motivation theories and approaches are defined to create the base for research in the empirical part of the work. The second part of the work is focused on methodology of the qualitative research to discover the relevance of the accordance of the system of motivation and individual motivation profiles. The last empirical part of the work comes up with the results of this analysis, answers to the research questions and the proposition of recommendations for the organisation.
