Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem krizové komunikace v období krize. V diplomové práci se uvádí rešerše na vybranou problematiku. Cílem práce je identifikovat rizikové faktory v komunikaci se seniory v průběhu krizového stavu a navrhnout opatření, která mohou zvýšit efektivitu krizové komunikace, a tím i pozitivní vliv na psychiku seniorů žijící v domovech pro seniory. The thesis deals with the topic of crisis communication in times of crisis. The thesis presents a research on the selected issue.
