Door to ballon time and total ischemic time analyses of the patients presenting with STEMI / ST-elevation myocardial infarction/

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat jednotlivé časové úseky u klientů se STEMI od počátku potíží do reperfúze myokardu a zjistit, zda výsledek analýzy odpovídá doporučením České kardiologické společnosti a statistickým údajům Národního registru kardiovaskulárních intervencí ČR. Celkem bylo vytvořeno sedm dílčích cílů. 1. Definice a rozbor jednotlivých časových úseků dle doporučení ČKS. - FMC (first medical contact) ? reperfúze ? 60 minut - FMC (first medical contact) ? reperfúze ? 90 minut 2. Rozbor jednotlivých časových úseků dle údajů NRKI. - Bolest ? příchod do nemocnice - Příchod do nemocnice ? reperfúze - Celková doba ischemie 3. Zjistit, v kterém úseku dochází k největší časové prodlevě. 4. Zjistit, zda u klientů, kteří již prodělali AIM je doba od začátků potíží do kontaktu se zdravotnickým zařízením kratší než u klientů s prvním AIM. 5. Zjistit procentuální zastoupení žen a mužů mezi klienty se STEMI. 6. Zjistit zastoupení lokalizací AIM. 7. Zjistit stupeň akutního srdečního selhání dle Killipovy klasifikace u klientů se STEMI.

Abstract:

The aim of the research was to analyse the individual periods in the STEMI population from the onset of symptoms to the reperfusion and find out whether the result of analysis corresponds with Guidelines of Czech Society of Cardiology and statistical data of National Registry of Cardiovascular Interventions in Czech Republic. There were 7 subanalyses included : 1. Definition and analysis of time Periods of The czech society of cardiology guidelines. - FMC ? reperfusion 2. Analyses of the time Periods according to the National Registry of Cardiovascular Interventions data ? - pain ? admission to the hospital - admission to the hospital (Door ? reperfusion / balloon) - total ischemic time 3. To find out, at which point a longest time is lost. 4. To answer a question about the behavior of the clients already suffered acute myocardial infarction ? do they call the ambulance earlier than the others? 5. To find out the percentage of the women and men with STEMI in our research. 6. To find out more about the locations of the AMI. 7. To find out data about the degree of heart failure according the Killip Classification in patients presented with STEMI.
