Cílem diplomové práce je odpovědět na otázku, zda nabídka absolventů středních, vyšších odborných a vysokých škol odpovídá potřebám trhu práce v Karlovarském kraji. The aim of the diploma thesis is to answer the question whether the number of graduates from high schools and universities corresponds to the needs of the labor market in Carlsbad region.
