Role of cytochromes P450 in drug metabolism in tumour tissues
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá obecnými informacemi o cytochromech P450, jejich struktuře, metabolismu a biotransformací. Dále pak samotnými interakcemi léčiv a indukcemi na úrovni Cytochromů P450 a konjugačních enzymů. V poslední řadě obsahuje experimentální poznatky týkající se metabolismu léčiv v nádorové tkáni za současného působení CYP.
Abstract:
The work deals with general information on the cytochromes P450, their structure, metabolism and biotransformation. Furthermore, drug interactions and inductions at the level of Cytochrome P450 and conjugation enzymes alone. Finally, it contains experimental findings on the metabolism of drugs in tumor tissue with CYP.
