Business Plan

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis named Business Plan, as the title implies deals with the issue of creating a business plan. In the preparation of this document, we have applied the mathematical-statistical method. Additionally, in making the final qualification thesis, we used research methods such as analysis, comparison, deduction, and then data evaluation. In the theoretical part, we focused on data collection. In particular, we were interested in the legislation associated with two different forms of business - a sole proprietorship and a limited liability company. We also covered topics such as competitive analysis, marketing and financial plan. After thoroughly familiarising ourselves with the theory, we applied the knowledge we had gained in developing our Business Plan - Hadriana's Guest House. Issues related to the development of the plans mentioned above were subsequently discussed. The most attention was paid to the development of the financial plan, where we focused on calculating costs and revenues. Thanks to this, we also figured out the financial result of our enterprise. Based on the obtained data, we could conclude whether the business plan is a lucrative investment project.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca menom Podnikateľský plán, ako už z názvu vyplýva, sa zaoberá problematikou tvorby podnikateľského plán. Pri spracovaní tohto dokumentu sme aplikovali matematicko-štatistické metódu. Taktiež pri tvorbe záverečnej kvalifikačnej práci sme využili metódy výskumu ako jest analýza, komparácia, dedukcia a následne evaluácia dát. V teoretickej časti sme sa sústredili na zber dát. Predovšetkým nás zaujímala legislatíva spojená s dvomi rôznymi formami podnikania – živnosť a spoločnosť s ručením obmedzeným. Tiež sme sa venovali témam ako analýza konkurencie, marketingový a finančný plán. Po dôkladnom oboznámení sa s teóriu sme nadobudnuté poznatky aplikovali pri vypracovaní nášho Podnikateľského plánu – penzión Hadriana. Pojednávali sa tu otázky spojené s tvorbou jednotlivých spomenutých plánov už v teoretickej časti. Najväčšiu pozornosť sme venovali vypracovaniu finančného plánu, kde sme sa zamerali na výpočet nákladov a tržieb. Vďaka čomu sme vypočítali i hospodársky výsledok nášho podniku. Na základe získaných dát sme následne mohli dospieť k záveru, či je daný podnikateľský plán lukratívny investičný projekt alebo nie.
