Physiotherapy for a client with a popliteal amputations and instrumention rating of walk.

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na téma "Rehabilitace u klienta s podkolenní amputací", které je doplněno ještě o 3D analýzu pacientovi chůze. V obecné části se zaobírám anatomií dolní končetiny, základními informacemi o amputacích a o ortopedické protetice. Speciální část popisuje fyzioterapeutickou péči před i po operací amputovaných, také zde přidávám obecné informace o 3D analýze chůze. V metodice je popsána kauzuistika pacienta J. K. a průběh jeho rehabilitace po podkolenní amputaci, která je podložena i 3D analýzou chůze s protézou před začátkem rehabilitace a po rehabilitaci.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis I focus on the theme of "Rehabilitation for the client of knee amputation", accompanied by a 3D analysis of the patient to walk. In the general part preoccupied with the anatomy of the lower limb, basic information about amputations and orthopedic prosthetics. Special section describes physiotherapy care before and after surgery amputated, also adding the general information about the 3D analysis of the walk. The methodology is described case of patient J. K. and the progress of his rehabilitation after knee amputation, which is based on analysis of 3D walk with the prosthesis before the beginning rehabilitation and after rehabilitation.
