Repetitive control methods for collocated mechatronic systems

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá metodami repetitivního řízení, které jsou schopny efektivně sledovat periodický referenční signál nebo eliminovat periodické poruchy a tím zajistit stabilnější chod systému. Cílem práce je vyvinout a implementovat algoritmy repetitivního řízení pro mechatronické systémy s kolokovanou zpětnou vazbou. Práce se zaměřuje na teoretický návrh těchto algoritmů, jejich praktickou realizaci a experimentální ověření účinnosti. Teoretická část poskytuje přehled základních principů repetitivního řízení, včetně principu vnitřního modelu a různých struktur repetitivního řízení. Dále je popsán mechatronický stand, na kterém byly prováděny experimenty zaměřené na regulaci otáček. Je navržena regulační zpětnovazební smyčka s PI regulátorem a určeny parametry struktur repetitivního řízení pro řízený systém. Nakonec jsou prezentovány výsledky experimentů ověřující účinnost navržených algoritmů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with methods of repetitive control that are capable of effectively tracking a periodic reference signal or eliminating periodic disturbances, thereby ensuring a more stable operation of the system. The goal of the thesis is to develop and implement repetitive control algorithms for mechatronic systems with collocated feedback. The work focuses on the theoretical design of these algorithms, their practical implementation, and experimental verification of their effectiveness. The theoretical part provides an overview of the basic principles of repetitive control, including the internal model principle and various structures of repetitive control. Furthermore, it describes the mechatronic stand used for experiments focused on angular speed regulation. A feedback control loop with a PI controller is designed, and the parameters of the described repetitive control structures for the controlled system are determined. Finally, the results of the experiments verifying the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms are presented.
