Kosher Tourism in Prague

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se zabývám specifickým přístupem k jedné z forem cestovního ruchu, kterým je košer turismus. Košer turismus vychází z principů judaismu, který je jedním ze světových náboženských směrů. Náboženství se promítá do různých oblastí každodenního života a jeho vliv můžeme zaznamenat i ve sféře cestovního ruchu. Zejména v dnešní době globalizace dochází k významnému prolínání světa a kultur. Je proto důležité seznamovat se alespoň okrajově s historií a rozlišnostmi kulturních zvyklostí zejména v oblasti cestovného ruchu. Košer turismus přináší celou řadu specifických přístupů v oblasti ubytovacích i stravovacích služeb. V této práci jsem se pokusila zachytit, v čem tyto odlišné přístupy spočívají, z jakých náboženských paradigmat vycházejí.

Abstract:

In this thesis I deal with a specific approach to one of the forms of tourism, which is kosher tourism. Kosher tourism based on the principles of Judaism, which is one of the world's religions. Religion is reflected in various areas of everyday life, and its influence can be observed in the sphere of tourism.It is therefore important to be at least become acquainted with the history and diversity of cultural practices in particular in the field of tourism. Kosher tourism brings a wide range of specific approaches in the areas of accommodation and catering services. In this work, I tried to find out what these different approaches are, of what religious paradigms are based.
