Abstract:
V bakalářské práci jsem poukázala na celospolečenský problém, kterým je trestná činnost dětí do 15 let věku. V poslední době se neustále snižuje věková hranice mladých pachatelů, a naopak se zvyšuje brutalita spáchaných činů. Abstract:
My bachelor thesis aims to point out to the all-society problem of juvenile delinquency committed by children under 15. The age of young delinquents has been decreasing steadily, while the brutality of crimes has been increasing. In my thesis I concentrate on the primary cause leading to the juvenile delinquency and I search for ides how to prevent the crime. I carried out a research in co-operation …more
