E-learning for different generations

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na e-learning. V teoretické části se věnuje seznámení s e-learningem, definování pojmu e-learning a pojmů s ním spojenými. V práci je uveden vývoj e-learningu, jeho standardy, výhody, které uživateli přináší, a také jeho nevýhody. Tento teoretický základ je nezbytně nutný pro pochopení role e-learningu ve vzdělávání. Praktická část se věnuje zjištění stavu povědomí o e-learningu napříč všemi věkovými kategoriemi, jeho využívání, spokojenosti uživatelů s e-learningem a dalším možnostem využití tohoto způsobu vzdělávání v různých věkových kategoriích. Výzkum je proveden pomocí dotazníku, který byl buď zaslán elektronicky nebo předložen v papírové formě. Dále je součástí analýza získaných dat, potvrzení či vyvrácení určitých předpokladů a vyvození závěrů ohledně využití e-learningu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on e-learning. The theoretical part deals with the introduction of e-learning, the definition of the concept of e-learning and the concepts associated with it. The thesis describes the development of e-learning, its standards, the benefits it brings to the user and also its disadvantages. This theoretical basis is essential for understanding the role of e-learning in education. The practical part is devoted to finding out the state of e-learning awareness across all age categories, its use, user satisfaction with e-learning and other possibilities of using this way of education in different age categories. The research is carried out using a questionnaire that was either sent electronically or submitted in paper form. Furthermore, the analysis of acquired data, confirmation or refutation of certain assumptions and conclusions on the use of e-learning is included.
