Analýza nákladových kalkulací podnikatelského subjektu a jejich optimalizace

Abstract:

Ačkoliv je v teoretické rovině spektrum metod nákladových kalkulací detailně zmapováno, v reálném tržním prostředí zůstává potřeba jejich zpřesňování a modernizace stále aktuální. S tím koresponduje také cíl této práce, kterým byla analýza nákladových kalkulací podnikatelského subjektu a návrh na jejich optimalizaci. Význam této problematiky pro podnik umocňuje tržní prostředí úklidových služeb, ve kterém působí a od něj odvozený převažující podíl nákladů lidské práce. V teoretické části byla práce zaměřena na zmapování tradičních a moderních kalkulačních metod a jejich využitelnost pro kalkulaci služeb, přičemž se jako nejvýraznější vyprofilovaly metody kalkulace přirážkou a Activity-Based Costing. Na tomto základě byly rovněž specifikovány výzkumné otázky a metodika práce, tvořící východisko pro aplikační část. V rámci navazujících fází byly analyzovány dotčené podnikové procesy a kalkulační metoda, do níž byly následně implementovány principy kalkulace nákladů dle dílčích aktivit. Důsledek této inovace se projevil v rámci komparace výstupů dvou diferencovaných kalkulací identicky definované vzorové zakázky. Prokázal se nezanedbatelný optimalizační potenciál metody Activity-Based Costing pro kalkulaci úklidových služeb, specificky nákladů výrobní režie. Obdobná struktura nákladů zároveň umocňuje širší uplatnitelnost těchto principů napříč odvětvím úklidových služeb.

Abstract:

Although the spectrum of cost calculation methods is mapped in detail at the theoretical level, in a real market environment, the need for their refinement and modernization remains relevant. Such is the goal of this thesis, which is the analysis of cost calculations of the business entity and a proposal for their optimization. The importance of this issue for the company is amplified by the market environment of cleaning services in which it operates and the predominant share of human labor costs derived from it. In the theoretical part, the thesis was focused on mapping traditional and modern calculation methods and their usability for the calculation of services, with the most significant methods of calculation of surcharge and Activity-Based Costing. On this basis, research questions and work methodology were also specified, forming the basis for the application part. In the subsequent phases, the affected business processes and the calculation methods were analyzed, into which the principles of cost calculation were subsequently implemented according to partial activities. The consequence of this innovation was reflected in the comparison of the outputs of two differentiated calculations of an identically defined sample order. The significant optimization potential of the Activity-Based Costing method for the calculation of cleaning services, specifically the costs of production overheads, has been proven. At the same time, a similar cost structure reinforces the wider applicability of these principles across the cleaning services industry.
