Mutual Information Support among Head Teachers in Kindergartens

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vzájemnou informační podporu ředitelek mateřských škol. Vlivem decentralizace moci státu mají ředitelky mateřských škol daleko více povinností a pravomocí, jsou zahlcovány novými informacemi a vzájemná komunikace a podpora je jednou z možností, jak mohou získávat ověřené informace. Záměrem výzkumu je získat hlubší a komplexní informace o zkoumaném jevu, proto výzkumná šetření staví na kvalitativním přístupu. Informace z rozhovorů jsou podkladem k otevřenému kódování. Hlavním přínosem práce je odkrytí stavu současné informační pomoci mezi ředitelkami, který je možné využít jako podklad k zefektivnění informační podpory.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis deals with mutual information support between directors of kindergartens. Due to decentralization of state power, directors of kindergartens have more duties and powers, they are assailed by new information, communication and support is one of the way they can obtain verified information. The intent of the research is to gain a deeper and more comprehensive information on the examined phenomenon, so this research is based on qualitative approach. Information from the interviews is the foundation for open coding. The main benefit of the thesis is to uncover the condition of current information help between directors, this benefit can be used as a base for more effective information support.
