Implementation of the company vision in the selected organisation

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na využívání vize ve vybrané organizaci. Teoretická část se zabývá rolí vize při vedení společnosti, popisuje možné formy jejího použití a jakou úlohu vize sehrává ve strategickém řízení, tedy společně s nastavenou strategií, posláním a cíli v organizaci. S tím souvisí také pozice vedoucího pracovníka, jenž při svém působením přichází s organizační vizí do kontaktu. Proto jsou v teoretické části rozebírány i přístupy k vedení společnosti, které mohou vycházet z principů leadershipu a managementu, přičemž zvolená forma ovlivňuje způsob využívání vize. V metodologické části je určen postup použitého výzkumu a metody sběru dat, které byly použity při získávání údajů. Nejsou opomenuty ani možné limity výzkumu a etická východiska. Empirická část se již věnuje získaným informacím, prostřednictvím kterých je zjišťováno, jak je v organizaci využívána firemní vize. V této části je rovněž rozebrána role vedoucích pracovníků a jejich přístup k organizační vizi a podřízeným zaměstnancům.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on implementation of the company vision in the selected organisation. The theoretical part outlines the role of vision in organization processes, describes possible forms of its use and its position in strategic management,thus in relation to a strategy, mission and organization goals. This topic is closely connected with the position of a chief employee in a company structure. Therefore, the theoretical part of the diploma thesis explains concepts of management and leadership especially in the way of dealing with company vision. The research procedure and the method of its data collection are presented in the methodological part. Possible limits of the research and ethical aspects are also mentioned there. The empirical part is focused on the data analysis obtained from the selected organization. The goal is to find out the role of the company vision in corporate processes. However, these chapters also point out relationships between employees and atmosphere in the organization, especially in the relation to the corporate vision.
