Collaborative economy: A nes commercial way to provide and understand customer needs

Abstract:

Jelikož ekonomika sdílení hýbe světem, byla vypracována tato práce. Cílem není jen popsat ekonomiku sdílení jako takovou, ale i to, že se nejedná o nic nového. Hlavní myšlenkou této práce ovšem není jen opsat již dávno objevené, ale hlavně popsat jednoduše princip nabídky a poptávky, která sama o sobě zvolila tento systém poskytování služeb. Je tak nutné z vnímat hlavně jistý life style, a touhu po přebytku, než jen pouhou módní vlnu. A tak je dobré se začíst do vývoje služeb a jejich poskytování, zvláště posléze orientovat se na vývoj komunikace se zákazníky, kteří jsou čím dál více nároční a o to více si žádají a představují.

Abstract:

The basis for this thesis is the new outcome of the collaborative economy, which without any doubt, changed the world as we know it. The goal of this paper is not only to describe collaborative economy, but as well it needs to be said, that collaborative economy is nothing new. The main goal is not to describe what is already known, but to also describe simply the rules of demand and supply, which has chosen this way of commercial communication to provide services. It is mandatory to understand todays needs and life style, and therefore, that this is not just fashion. So it is good to see the genesis of the provision of services, and also to know what customers needs, beacuse they are more demanding than ever.
