Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá atmosférickou korekcí, která má vliv na modely pro stanovení obsahu chlorofylu-a z družicových snímků. V práci jsou popsány čtyři varianty atmosférické korekce Sen2cor, Sen2cor+igrid.atcor, MAJA, MAJA+i.grid.atcor. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on atmospheric correction, which has influence on determining chlorophyll-a content from satellite imagery. The thesis describes four atmospheric correction variants with Sen2cor, Sen2cor+i.grid.atcor, MAJA and MAJA+i.grid.atcor.
