Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je analyzovať hypotekárne bankovníctvo, vývoj na slovenskom hypotekárnom trhu a podmienky poskytovania hypotekárnych úverov v Slovenskej sporiteľni, a.s. Práca je rozdelená do troch častí. V prvej časti je charakterizované hypotekárne bankovníctvo a postavenie hypotekárnej banky.
