Abstract:
Diplomová práce, se zabývá hodnocením vybraných aspektů ovlivňující zdravotně orientovanou zdatnost žáků na 1. stupni. Jedná se o práci výzkumného charakteru, kdy v teoretické části práce je charakterizován vliv pohybu na zdraví člověka, rizika hypokineze, oblast tělesné zdatnosti, její diagnostiku a možnosti měření. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is concerned with an assessment of selected aspects affecting health-oriented fitness of pupils in primary education. Theoretical part characterises the impact of movement on health, risks of hypokinesis, physical fitness and its diagnostic and possible measuring.
