Použití směsného stavebního odpadu jako alternativního kameniva při výrobě kompozitních materiálů na cementové bázi

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výzkum vlivu alternativního kameniva ze směsného stavebního a demoličního odpadu na chování jemnozrnných betonových směsí. V teoretické části jsou popsány jak jednotlivé vstupní suroviny, tak technologické postupy výroby betonu. Praktické experimenty ukázaly, že jako optimální se jeví náhrada přírodního kameniva recyklovaným v množství 37,5 obj.%, z hlediska pevnostních parametrů. V druhé fázi výzkumu, kdy byly vyvinuté jemnozrnné betony vylehčovány pěnotvornou přísadou, osvědčilo se její nízké množství 0,75 ml/kg pojiva. Závěrem byla vyvinuta optimalizovaná receptura s min. pevností v tlaku 2,0 MPa po 7 dnech, která je vhodnou pro výrobu např. zdících prvků pro nenosné konstrukce.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the research of the influence of alternative aggregates from mixed construction and demolition waste on the behavior of fine-grained concrete mixtures. In the theoretical part, both the individual raw materials and the technological procedures of concrete production are described. Practical experiments have shown that the replacement of natural aggregate with recycled aggregates in an amount of 37.5 vol.% appears to be optimal, in terms of strength parameters. In the second phase of the research, when the developed fine-grained concretes were lightened with a foaming additive, its low amount of 0.75 ml/kg binder proved to be effective. In conclusion, an optimized formula was developed with min. compressive strength of 2.0 MPa after 7 days which is suitable for the production of, for example, masonry elements for non-load-bearing structures.
