The psychological issue of obsessive compulsive disorder

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou jedné z nejčastějších psychologických poruch vyskytujících se v současné populaci - obsedantně kompulzivní poruchy. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. První část je syntetickým přehledem základních údajů o poruše, tj. klinické projevy, diagnostická kritéria (zařazení do Mezinárodní klasifikace nemocí MNK ? 10 i Diagnostického a statistického manuálu duševních poruch DSM ? IV), nejvýznamnější přístupy k obsedantně kompulzivní poruše ? tedy přístup biologický, behaviorální, psychoanalytický i biopsychosociální, epidemiologii a komorbiditu s jinými onemocněními, včetně možností a způsobů klinické léčby ? farmakoterapií a psychoterapií, respektive kognitivně behaviorální terapií. Výzkumná část je tvořena dotazníkovým výzkumem realizovaném na souboru univerzitních studentů, který je zaměřen na prevalenci nejčastějších obsedantních myšlenek.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of one of the most frequent mental disorders which incident in the present population- the Obsessive ? Compulsive Disorder. It is separate into a theoretical part and a part of research. The first part is a synthetic summary of the general information about this disorder, which means clinical manifestations and diagnostic standards (submission to ICD ? 10, which means International Classification of Diseases and DSM ? IV, which means Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders), the most important approaches to the obsessive compulsive disorder ? so the biological approach, behavioural, depth psychological and bio psychosocial, epidemiology, comorbidity with other disorders and also treatment ? pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy, let us say the cognitive ? behavioural psychotherapy. The part of research is formed by the survey research, which is realized on the file of college´s students and deals with the prevalence of obsessive thoughts.
