Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá prediktivní finanční analýzou malých a středních podniků a její využitelností pro hodnocení trendu vývoje finančního zdraví podniku. Jejím cílem je je ověřit metodu prediktivní finanční analýzy z hlediska možnosti uplatnění statistických metod časových řad a hodnocení lineárních a nelineárních trendů vývoje na hodnotách indexu finančního zdraví IN05 zjištěných testováním vybraného okruhu malých a středních firem. Teoretická část práce poskytuje teoretická východiska potřebná k provedení analýzy vývoje finančního zdraví. V rámci teoretické části je pak na vzorku firem zvoleném na základě jejich zařazení do žebříčku nejlépe řízených firem provedena prediktivní finanční analýza a výsledky jsou následně podrobně otestovány. Závěrem práce je ověření výsledků prediktivní finanční analýzy a také porovnání dvou různých metod prediktivní analýzy finančního zdraví, a to konkrétně metody MÚVS ČVUT s metodou VŠE – Schonfëld, Kuděj.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with predictive financial analysis of small and medium-sized companies and its applicability for evaluating the trend of development of the financial health of the company. Its aim is to verify the method of predictive financial analysis in terms of the possibility of applying statistical methods of time series and evaluation of linear and non-linear trends in development on the values of the IN05 Financial Health Index found by testing a selected group of small and medium-sized companies. The theoretical part of the thesis provides the theoretical background necessary for the analysis of the development of financial health. Within the theoretical part, a predictive financial analysis is performed on a sample of companies selected on the basis of their inclusion in the ranking of the best-managed companies and the results are then tested closely. The conclusion of the thesis is the verification of the results of predictive financial analysis and also the comparison of two different methods of predictive analysis of financial health, namely the method of MÚVS ČVUT with the method of the University of Economics – Schonfëld, Kuděj.
