Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma „Zacházení orgánů činných v trestním řízení s mladistvými pachateli“ se v úvodu věnuje vymezení základních právních pojmů týkajících se uvedené problematiky, následuje historický exkurz do období před vznikem samostatného systému soudnictví nad mládeží. Podstatou práce je zhodnocení stávající právní úpravy pro zacházení policejního orgánu, státního zástupce a soudu pro mládež s mladistvým, stěžejní kapitola je proložena praktickými postřehy zástupců jednotlivých orgánů činných v trestním řízení a vnějším hodnocením jejich činnosti pohledem orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Práce se také okrajově zabývá postavením Probační a mediační služby a orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v řízení v trestních věcech mladistvých.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis on the topic „Treatment by the organs prosecuting of juvenile offenders“ in the itrodution is devoded by the definition of bacis legal concepts concerning these issues, after following the historical excursion to the periode before development of a separate system of justice of juvenile. This thesis esspecialy evaluated existing legislation for organs – police, prosecutor of state and the court for juvenile, the central chapter is atttached of practical insights of representatives in individual organs responsibling for criminal proceedings and external evaluation trought their work by the view of institution of social and legal protection of children. This thesis was also marginally deals with the position of the Probation and Mediation Service and the authority for social and legal protection of children in criminal proceedings against youth and in juvenil criminal crise.
