Práce se zabývá problematikou prevence syndromu vyhoření u pedagogů volného času. Teoretická část práce se zabývá definováním syndromu vyhoření, příčin jeho vzniku, projevů a také jeho fázemi. The work deals with the prevention of burnout syndrome in leisure time educators.
