Rationalization of Production Process of the Selected Product

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou racionalizace výrobního procesu vybraného produktu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V teoretické části je pracovaná literární rešerše, která pojednává a definuje témata průmyslového inženýrství, formy plýtvání, výrobního procesu, logistiky i dalších pojmů tykajících se problematiky racionalizace výrobního procesu. Praktická část se skládá z analytické a projektové části. Zmíněné poznatky ze zpracované literární rešerše jsou promítnuty jak v analytické, tak i projektové části. V analytické části při analýze současného stavu jsou využity techniky a metody k odhalení potencionálních nedostatků. Projektová část obsahuje vymezení projektu, navrhovaná řešení a zhodnocení těchto řešení. Racionalizace výrobního procesu vybraného produktu se v projektové části věnuje zejména sloučení činností na konkrétních pracovištích a změnou layoutu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of rationalization of the production process of a selected product. The diploma thesis is divided into two main parts. In the theoretical part, a literature search is done, which discusses and defines the topics of industrial engineering, forms of waste, production process, logistics and other concepts related to the issue of rationalization of the production process. The practical part consists of an analytical and a project part. The aforementioned findings from the literature research are reflected in both the analytical and the project part. In the analytical part, techniques and methods are used to reveal potential shortcomings in the analysis of the current situation. The project part contains the project definition, proposed solutions and evaluation of these solutions. The rationalization of the production process of the selected product in the project part is mainly focused on the merging of activities at specific workplaces and the change of layout.
