Abstract:

Diplomová práce Spolupráce s uživatelkami drog v rámci orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí si klade za cíl popsat problematiku těhotných a matek uživatelek drog v agendě orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a analyzovat možnosti spolupráce s těmito ženami z pohledu jeho pracovnic. V teoretické části se práce zabývá pojetím rodiny a postavením ženy ve společnosti, tématem závislosti v rodinném systému, působením návykových látek u žen v době těhotenství a po porodu a dopady užívání drog. Závěr teoretické části je věnován spolupráci v participativní perspektivě. Cílem výzkumu je analyzovat možnosti spolupráce s těhotnými a matkami uživatelkami drog v agendě orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí z pohledu jeho pracovnic a spolupracujících aktérů. K dosažení cíle výzkumu byla použita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie. Výzkum byl proveden metodou ohniskové skupiny. Analýzou a interpretací dat bylo zjištěno, že orgán sociálně-právní ochrany dětí musí při práci s uživatelkami drog dostatečně reflektovat nejen bariéry na své straně, ale i bariéry na straně uživatelek a bariéry na straně služeb. Při tom se snaží o uplatnění partnerského modelu v sociální práci, uživatelku zplnomocňuje k řešení problému a posiluje její silné stránky. Zaměřuje se zejména na podporu uživatelky a rodiny a na zdroje, které má uživatelka a rodina k dispozici. Práce může být přínosná pracovníkům orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí při práci s uživatelkami drog.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis Cooperation with women using drugs from the point of view of workers from child protection unit aims to describe the issue of pregnant women and mothers - drug users in the agenda of authority child protection and analyse possibilities of cooperation with these women from the point of view of authority child protection employees. In the theoretical part the thesis deals with the concept of the family and the position of women in society, the topic of dependence in the family system, the effects of addictive substances on women during pregnancy and after birth giving and the effects of drug use. Conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to cooperation from participative perspective. The aim of the research is to analyse the possibilities of cooperation with pregnant and mother - drug users in the agenda of the workers from child protection from the point of view of its employees and co-operating participants. A qualitative research strategy was used to achieve the research goal. The research was conducted using the focus group method. By analysing and interpreting the data, it was found that the child protection authority must sufficiently reflect not only the barriers on its part, but also barriers on the part of the users and barriers on the part of the services. In doing so, it tries to use the partner model in social work, empowers the user to solve the problem and strengthens themselves. It primarily focuses on user and her family support, and resources available to the user and her family. The diploma thesis can be beneficial to workers of the social and legal protection body of children who working with drug users.
