Ceny nemovitostí jako předstihový indikátor hospodářských cyklů

Housing prices as a leading indicator of business cycles
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analyzováním indexu cen nemovitostí (RPPI) jakožto možného předstihového indikátoru hospodářského cyk-lu. Výzkum bude proveden za pomoci matematicko-statistických metod určených pro práci s časovými řadami, konkrétněji vektorovým autore-gresním modelem (VAR). Veškeré odhady jsou prováděny s využitím čtvrtletních dat ze statistik OECD v ekonometrickém softwaru Gretl.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis examines the residential property price index (RPPI) as a possible leading indicator of the economic cycle. The re-search will be performed using mathematical-statistical methods de-signed to work with time series, more specifically a vector autoregres-sive model (VAR).
