Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Regulace obchodníků s cennými papíry“ obsahuje vysvětlení pojmů obchodníka s cennými papíry, popis právní regulace obchodníka na několika stupních, od založení až po zrušení. Na konci diplomové práce je krátká analýza současné regulace.
Abstract:
The dissertation "Regulation of securities traders“ explanations of terms a securities trader, merchant description of the legal regulation at several levels, from foundation to cancel. At the end of the dissertation is a brief analysis of the current regulation.
