Autor se bude v této diplomové práci zabývat problematikou autority vychovatele ve školských zařízeních náhradní výchovné péče. V úvodní části práce budou zpracována teoretická východiska, především osobnost dětí s poruchami chování, specifika výchovy a dětí v etopedických zařízeních a otázka autority a kázně. The author of this thesis describes the dynamics between pedagogical personnel, perceived authority, and children in institutional care and schools' settings. Firstly, the author presents a theoretical basis in which he describes the personalities of studied children.
