Přínos podpůrných opatření pro žáky se sluchovým postižením na základní škole

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika vzdělávání sluchově postižených žáků základních škol. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jakým způsobem je realizována výuka dítěte se sluchovým postižením a zhodnotit přínos podpůrných opatření na prvním stupni základních škol, poskytovaných žákům s vadami sluchu. V teoretické části je popsána úloha inkluzivního vzdělávání a vliv tohoto vzdělávání na žáky se sluchovým postižením z hlediska výuky ve škole, dále speciální potřeby těchto žáků a nutnost efektivního využívání komunikačních kompenzačních pomůcek. Teoretickou část uzavírají podpůrná opatření v kontextu české legislativy a stupňů podpory vzdělávání sluchově postižených žáků. Praktická část navazuje na část teoretickou, přičemž prezentuje zvolený metodický postup a výsledky samotného výzkumného šetření. Data, která byla získána na základě případových studií, jež byly prováděny metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a obsahovou analýzou dokumentů, se třemi žáky se sluchovým handicapem, navštěvujícími první stupeň základní školy, a třemi pedagogy, jež vyučují na základních školách, jsou v práci analyzována a vyhodnocena s využitím kódování a dalších postupů kvalitativního výzkumu. Výsledky naznačují, že vyučující na základních školách disponují dlouholetými zkušenostmi s výukou sluchově hendikepovaných žáků, přičemž tyto získávají podporu i ze strany rodičů dětí. Navenek se pak tato podpora projevuje aktivním přístupem žáků k učení, a jejich spokojeností ve třídách. Předmětná podpora je velice důležitým prvkem, neboť výuka sluchově postižených žáků je velice náročná, i s ohledem na skutečnost, že ve třídách dle průzkumu převažují zdravé, plně slyšící děti. Z provedených případových studií je rovněž patrna spokojenost rodičů a vyučujících se vzájemnou spoluprací. Negativním výstupem výsledků výzkumu je zjištění, že podle účastníků výzkumu dosud v ČR chybí standardizované mechanismy, napomáhající k maximálně efektivnímu vzdělávání sluchově postižených žáků.

Abstract:

The theme of the bachelor thesis is the issue of education of hearing-impaired primary school pupils. The main objective is to find out how the teaching of a child with hearing impairment is implemented and to assess the benefits of support measures at the first level of primary schools, provided to pupils with hearing defects. The theoretical part describes the role of inclusive education and the impact of this education on pupils with hearing disabilities in terms of teaching in school, as well as the special needs of these pupils and the need for effective use of communication compensatory aids. The theoretical part is concluded by support measures in the context of Czech legislation and the degrees of support for education of hearing-impaired pupils. The practical part follows the theoretical part, presenting the chosen methodological procedure and the results of the research survey itself. The data obtained on the basis of case studies carried out by the semi-structured interviews and content analysis of documents, with three pupils with hearing impairment, attending the first grade of primary school, and three teachers teaching in primary schools, are analysed and evaluated using coding and other qualitative research procedures. The results suggest that primary school teachers have years of experience in teaching hearing-impaired pupils, which also receive support from children's parents. Outwardly, this support is manifested by the active approach of pupils to learning and their satisfaction in the classrooms. The support in question is a particularly important element, as the teaching of hearing-impaired pupils is very demanding, even because healthy, fully hearing children predominate in classrooms according to the survey. The case studies carried out also show the satisfaction of parents and teachers by working together. The negative output of the research results is the finding that, according to the participants of the research, there is still a lack of standardized mechanisms in the Czech Republic, helping to ensure the most effective education of hearing-impaired pupils.
