Discretion in Administrative Punishing
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá užitím správního uvážení v oblasti správního trestání. Práce je postavena na obecných východiscích, na které navazuje podrobná analýza pojmu správního uvážení, přičemž se následně zaměřuje na konkrétní použití správního uvážení při správním trestání, a to s důrazem na ukládání správních trestů.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on using discretionary power in administrative punishing procedure. The diploma thesis deals with legal basis of the topic follow up with analysis of legal institute of discretionary power and subsequently analyses concrete examples of using discretionary power during administrative punishing with accent in imposing administrative punishments.
