Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zkrácení jednoho výrobního procesu vybraného výkovku alespoň o 15 % jeho vzdálenosti. Součástí cíle je předložení dvou dalších návrhů, které povedou ke zvýšení bezpečnosti, snížení chybovosti či jinému zlepšení interní logistiky a materiálového toku vybraného výkovku ve společnosti. Abstract:
The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to give a proposal of rationalisation of internal logistics and material flow of chosen forgings in a company Kovárna Viva a. s., which reduces its one manufacturing process about 15 %.
