Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice zaměstnávání osob zdravotně postižených. Obsahuje právní úpravu, vysvětlení pojmů souvisejících se zdravím a handicapem, povinnosti zaměstnavatelů a povinnosti úřadu práce vůči těmto osobám, výhody a příspěvky pro zaměstnavatele, kteří tyto osoby zaměstnají, zaměstnávání zdravotně postižených osob dle zákoníku práce a dalších předpisů.
