Abstract:
V diplomové práci jsme se zaměřili na hodnocení vybraných tělesných obvodů, nadváhy a obesity u žáků mladšího školního věku. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na definici, prevalence a druhy obezity. Dále potom na příčiny, negativní důsledky a léčbu obezity a metody měření. Praktická část je založena na zjišťování BMI a tělesných obvodů probandů. In the diploma thesis we focused on evaluation of selected body circumferences, overweight and obesity in younger school-age children. In theoretical part we focus on the definition, prevalence, and types of obesity. The we discuss the causes, negative consequences, treatment and measurement methods of obesity.
