A Tool for Drawing Molecular Motives in HTML/JavaScript
Abstract:
Content of this thesis is description of MotiveQuery language, short overview of tools for drawing molecular motives, review of conventions and approaches for molecular drawing and description of tools used for implementation. In the practical part is described implementation of tool for drawing molecular motives in HTML and JavaScript languages.
Abstract:
Obsahem této práce je popis jazyka MotiveQuery, stručný přehled existujících nástrojů na kreslení molekulárních motivů, přiblížení konvencí a přístupů pri kreslení motivů a přehled použitých nástrojů. V praktické části je popsaná implementace nástroje na kreslení molekulárních motívů v jazycích HTML a JavaScript.
