Cílem této práce bylo popsat vztah mezi pěstounem a biologickým rodičem z právního a institucionálního hlediska a zároveň představit možné problémy s tímto vztahem související. The aim of the thesis is to describe the relationship between a foster parent and the biological parent from a legal and institutional viewpoint and introduce possible issues related to this relationship.
