Predmetom diplomovej práce „Manažment kvality a výkonnosť podniku“ je odpovedať na otázku, či zavedenie systému kvality podľa normy ISO 9001:2000 má vplyv aj na výkonnosť vybraného podniku. Teoretická časť práce sa zaoberá manažmentom kvality a jeho históriou, najvýznamnejšími koncepciami manažmentu kvality a súťažami kvality.
