The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the topic of clarity of legal texts for German citizens. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses mainly on the characteristics of the basics of the specialized legal language. Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem srozumitelnosti právních textů pro německé občany. V teoretické části této práce je věnována pozornost především charakteristice teoretických základů odborného právního jazyka.
