Cílem je analyzovat stávající strategii organizace, provést stakeholderskou analýzu podniku, posoudit přínosy analýzy a na základě výsledků formulovat doporučení pro strategické řízení. Výstupem závěrečné práce budou formulovaná doporučení, kterými se organizace může řídit v rámci strategického řízení.
