Trademarks and unfair competition
Abstract:
Moje diplomová práce se zabývá ochrannými známkami a nekalou soutěží. Ochranné známky jsou upraveny zákonem č. 441/2003 Sb. Úpravu nekalé soutěže najdeme v zákoně č. 513/1991 Sb, obchodním zákoníku. Diplomová práce se snaží o propojení těchto dvou témat.
Abstract:
My thesis deals with trademarks and unfair competition. The trademarks are regulated in the act no.441/2003 Coll. We can find the regulation of unfair competition in the act no. 513/1991 Coll, the Commercial Code. This thesis tries to interconnect both of the themes.
